Buying a Home

Buying a home is a big step, let us help you prepare. Our Home Ownership Programs help our residents be informed about the home-buying process from start to finish. We offer classes on credit building, budgeting, home-buying and taking care of your home post-purchase. If you have ever thought about buying a home, but just didn’t know where to start, we can give you the assistance you need while you are living in one of our many housing options.

Home Buyer Education

Everyone included in this process was AMAZING! We had so many hardships with the bank but HPI staff helped me through it all!”
