The Housing Partnership Inc., starting April 1, 2018, will report all on-time rental payments received from our Residents to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. When HPI’s current Residents signup, all of their positive rental payments for the previous twelve months will be reported to the three credit bureaus as well. HPI believes this action will provide our customers with an opportunity to build good credit for the future.
