THE HOUSING PARTNERSHIP INC. 2023 IMPACT HIGHLIGHTS

• 34 affordable housing units for low-income seniors created from a $7 million investment
• 100 homes produced or preserved with a $2.7 million investment with funding from Louisville Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Capital Magnets, and Louisville foundations
• 121 graduates from the Homebuyer Education (HBE) program
• 76 new homeowners after completion of HBE
• Secured the property for Gateway on Broadway a new development that will provide 116 units of affordable housing
