If you decide you want to pursue homeownership, HPI’s Homebuyer Education program offers guidance and resources to help you prepare. This may include financial education, credit support, and connections to homebuyer programs. When eligible, residents have the opportunity to purchase the home they are already living in, allowing them to remain in their neighborhood without the disruption of moving.
