Properties and partnerships creating afforable housing across Kentucky.
The Housing Partnership, Inc. (HPI) has over 30 years of experience developing affordable multifamily housing to encourage family stability, support communities, and empower local economies. Our team maintains a steady production pipeline for multifamily development to provide housing opportunities to low-income seniors and families. The scope of HPI’s multifamily work includes planned communities, adaptive reuse, disaster relief housing, and multifamily residential.
HPI collaborates with community stakeholders and partner organizations to identify solutions for every type of project. Our development team’s innovative approach made us the first Kentucky nonprofit to be awarded Capital Magnet Funds for our multifamily work. Another project received 9% LIHTC’s through the rural Innovative Pool to create the first KHC funded modular multifamily development. This resourcefulness is part of what makes HPI the largest nonprofit affordable housing development organization in the state of Kentucky.
