Join The Housing Partnership, Inc., Russell: A Place of Promise Community Land Trust, project partners, community leaders, and neighbors as we celebrate the Elliott Avenue Development. This special event will recognize the collaborative effort that is transforming vacant properties into 25 new affordable homes, creating homeownership opportunities for families in Louisville’s Russell neighborhood.
Following the formal program and ribbon cutting ceremony, guests are invited to tour select homes during an open house and learn more about the development, the Community Land Trust model, and the impact this investment will have on the neighborhood for years to come.
