A Letter to Our Residents Regarding COVID-19 – We Want to Hear From You!

During this time of uncertainty, as we continue to adjust to the impact of the coronavirus, the well-being of our family, friends and community is of the foremost importance. As a part of our HPI community, we want to hear from you to understand how we may be able to assist you during these unpredictable times.

We aim to be a voice for you in local and federal government decision-making and— as much as we are able— access those resources that will protect you and your loved ones.

Please share with us your concerns.

If you are an HPI resident, we ask you to provide us with information regarding your current situation through an online survey. Responses will allow us to measure the impact the coronavirus has had on our community and to apply this information in search of potential resources.

For any immediate need, please contact us at 502.882.9136 to speak to a member of our staff. While many of our staff members are working remotely, we all remain connected.

HPI continues to offer 24-hour Maintenance Emergency, and all staff at home, in the office and out in the field have been trained in and adhere to the Coronavirus Guidelines outlined by the CDC.

We intend to be proactive to ensure the health and well-being of our residents and will continue to monitor new developments as information becomes available.

Please know we are here as a source of support, standing together as the HPI community.
