St. Bartholomew is to be converted into 24 apartments for low-income seniors by next winter, part of a $3.5 million project funded largely by a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant and being overseen by Catholic Charities of Louisville and the nonprofit Housing Partnership.
