Tour Model homes  – various floor plans decorated by a variety of professional and amateur designers with emphasis on decor that is Attainable by anyone and everyone.  Decor that is Sustainable, showing ways to use and reuse items from local consignment stores and yard sales by combining them with new items through ingenuity to give a home and upscale look for a bargain price.

The homes of Sunset Gardens are Attainable with prices starting at $126,000. This home becomes Attainable for a larger portion of Louisville population through assistance from the Neighborhood Stabalization Program (NSP).  NSP gives the buyer Sustainability by lowering the initial cost of the home.  Learn more about NSP and how a home mortgage can be as low as $76,000 for a qualified buyer at HPI’s Sunset Garden Home Show.
